Event WODS

“I’m head over heels for you” Part 1

Part 1) Score is Total calories rowed between both partners at the end of 10:00 Most calories rowed wins.

“I’m head over heels for you” Part 2

10:00 EMOM Part 2) Score is Total Reps HSPU (or KB swings for scaled) At 3,2,1 go... 00:00-01:00 Partner 1 will row for calories RX- Partner 2 will complete 7 pull-ups, 7 toes-to-bar, and then complete as many reps as possible of HSPU with time remaining within the minute. SCALED- Partner 2 will complete 7 ring rows, 7 Toes 2 Pole, and then #53/35 kb russian swings. More specifics; It does not matter who you start on which part, but you must follow the structure of the workout throughout. No doubling up. HSPU and Kettlebell swings must be locked out and counted as a rep before the beep for the minute switch. If you do not complete any HSPU or KB swings, you will score zero points for that round. Athletes MUST switch every minute, on the minute, following this structure.

15:00 EMOM Ladder On the minute every minute, male athlete cleans the weight once, steps over the bar, then female athlete deadlifts the weight once. If one athlete fails, the other athlete remains at that station for as many reps as possible with remaining time. If MA fails, FA will remain at that station and deadlift for reps, if FA fails, then MA remains and cleans for reps. If both athletes complete ladder, the last station will be treated as an AMRAP, MA goes, then FA, then back to MA, FA, etc… RX Starting weight #185, 15 stations #10 jumps up to #335. Scaled starting weight #135, 15 stations #10 jumps up to #275.
